These terms apply to your use of naazley.store and purchases from NAAZLEY B TRADING LLC (“NAAZLEY”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before using our services. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code or infringe another person’s rights.

2. Products and information

Product titles, sizes, selected options and prices are shown on the product page. Photography is illustrative; screen settings and packaging changes can affect appearance. Fragrance preferences are individual. Please contact us before ordering if a product detail is important to you. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of NAAZLEY.

3. Prices, payments and orders

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout before an order is submitted. Online payment processing is currently unavailable. Card brand marks do not indicate an active payment service, and no card information is requested or charged on this site.

A cart, checkout preview or automatic acknowledgement is not acceptance of an order. We accept an order only when we confirm it for fulfillment. If a pricing error or supply issue affects an order, we will contact you with options; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will cancel and refund any payment for unshipped items.

4. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will offer a revised shipping date with the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Product safety

Follow all packaging instructions. Never leave candles or incense burning unattended. Keep flame, fragrance oils and small accessories away from children and pets. Use heat-resistant holders and ventilate the space. Stop use if irritation occurs. Products are not intended for ingestion or medical treatment.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

The NAAZLEY name, original site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners. You may use the site for personal shopping; commercial reproduction or unauthorized scraping of protected content is not permitted. You retain ownership of feedback you provide and permit us to use it to answer your request and improve service.

7. Site availability and external links

We may maintain, update or interrupt the service when needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is always free of errors. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, NAAZLEY is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product warranties, fraud, willful misconduct or other mandatory consumer protections. Products remain subject to any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents by email.

10. Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms in effect when your order is accepted govern that order unless a change is legally required or you agree. California law governs subject to mandatory protections applicable in your jurisdiction. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern; this does not limit your right to seek a legal remedy.
